How to measure. These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure over light clothing, tape level, snug but not tight. Chest: around the fullest part, under the arms. Shoulder: across the back, seam point to seam point. Waist: around the natural waistline. Hip: around the fullest part of the seat. Outseam: from the top of the waistband down the outside of the leg to the hem.

Fit varies by style: a relaxed or oversized cut reads looser than a slim cut in the same size, and every product description states its fit. Between two sizes, take the larger one in outerwear and knitwear, the smaller one in slim-fit tees and jeans. Inch values are converted from the centimetre measurements and rounded to the nearest half inch, quarter inch on the outseam. Bottoms sized 30 to 38 are waist inches.
